We  take pride in hunting, fishing, harvesting, processing, and making food for our tables. We enjoy all things outdoors. We plant our own gardens, orchards, vineyards, and turn it into food and drink.

In these challenging times, we depend on ourselves  and are trying to bring back what our grand parents and ancestors did to live and prosper. Our goal is to learn , practice traditions that many people have lost or forgotten, and share this information as we fail or succeed.
